You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt and send back to us. Once we received the item and inspect it, you will then be credited with the full order amount. If the complete order is returned, the shipping costs will be credited. Only the costs for returning from home to the Lori Sandals are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Lori Sandals with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. The item must be sent in original packaging after registration on our return page. We strive to process a return shipment within 5 working days of receipt. After processing, you will receive a message. Lori Sandals strives to meet any refund within 7 working days after processing. In any case within the legal period of 30 days. Shipping costs and eligibility for return shipments by parcel service are for the customer's account. If the item is received in good condition, we will send the new order (if desired) or Lori Sandals will refund the purchase amount to the account. 
Complaints and defects can not be sent as a regular return, but must be reported to Customer Service at hello@lorisandals.com
